Great value for money. The hotel is in a quiet location but close to the main road of Cat Ba. The owners are extremely kind, lovely and helpful. They booking for us comfortable buses to/from Cat Ba, and a Bay sunset tour. Breakfast was simple but delicious, was included in the daily rate! The room was spacious and very bright.

The staff is very friendly and can communicate very well in English. They are really helpful in organizing trips and the bus transfer, but also if you want to discover Cat Ba on your own. They will ask you specifically want you want so you get the right and not the most expensive trips. They even helped me to get my stuff back, which I forgot on the bus to Sa Pa. Water is hot, the water pressure good and beds are not too hard.

Everything was fine – the bed was comfortable and clean, and the building has an elevator, which is great. In the morning, they serve a simple but fresh and tasty breakfast. The staff was very helpful, arranging both a motorbike rental and a bus ticket for me. The bathroom is in the typical Vietnamese style, meaning you end up showering everything in it. But there’s plenty of hot water, which is great.

I stayed at another hotel for 800, I came to this hotel out of curiosity, many Vietnamese guests rated it as not worth the price. i booked here for 950 a night. A great experience for me, the staff was very friendly, giving me all the information on the island, the room was very clean and arranged beautifully and reasonably. Compared to that price, it's too good because I find summer prices here are quite high, but that's the general level, compared to where I live at 800, this place is superior in everything. My good experience with this hotel. Share with everyone, highly recommended

We got the family room which was bigger than the room we requested. The room was spacious and in perfect location and the bed was absolutely comfortable. If you are being dropped off at the hotel make sure to tell the bus driver "Catba island hotel" not "Catba island resort" as they dropped us at the wrong location :D. Breakfast was tasty and was actually bigger than the pictures in the menu. The staff may not be there when you arrive but that is because they are also running the hotel across the street.

Really recommend it if you want to visit Cat a. The owners are really helpful, we booked everything with them (cruise, motorbike, bus) and they gave us advice for restaurants and markets. The room was big enough for 4 people, there's an elevator so no worries if you have many suitcases

The hotel is very comfortable and clean but what makes the stay exceptional is how helpful the hosts are. They are always available either in person or will respond super fast on WhatsApp. I got help organising my boat trip, hike and bus to sapa and all was really easy and reasonably priced. You are based on a street up from the main harbour with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Great place

Really nice stay, very kind and helpful lady at the reception with great english skills. She didnt try to sell us tours and first day gave us all the tips about what we can do for free. We rented a bike from them and and went for a cruise, all nice experiences. Good breakfast and rooms for the money.

the staffs where amazing and we had a great welcome felt more like a homely place guite close to every place and shops and had a wonderful time the other day of our stay with a great evening and karaoke will all the guests from the opposite hostel had a grand evening welcomed with songs and felt relaxed and easy especially the owner was just amazing and friendly thank you guys . will recommend with all hearts sunil .

The family running the hotel was always really helpful and friendly. They always answered our questions and talked with the bus company that forgot to pick us up. Without them we would probably still be waiting for the bus in CatBa... The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel was located directly in the center. We were able to reach everything by foot. For breakfast you get a few options to chose from.
